Homeland Lost

A British Council and Al'Qattan Foundation sponsored project photographing Palestinian refugees where they are today and then returning to what is today Israel and photographing what had become of their homes, villages and landscapes.

Selected photographs from Alan Gignoux’s photo essay “Homeland Lost” will be shown at the prestigious Tropenmuseum in Amsterdam from 1 March 2008 to 4 Jan 2009.
